Bits of flora begin to timidly peek out from under dead leaves and the debris of the receding winter. And we eagerly emerge from our domiciles, coat-less and hat-less, to lift our pale bleached out visages up to greet the bright warming orb we call the sun.
But, beware the Ides of March! For surely there is lurking out there in the remaining days of this month, a winter storm or two, waiting to remind us that Old Man Winter is not quite done yet!
