Its the Economy (Global), Stupid!

I don't know about everyone else, but I am sick and tired of this election cycle. And, whether anyone likes it or not, neither President Obama, nor Mitt Romney will make very much difference, in the short term. Until the GLOBAL ECONOMY improves, our economy will limp along, with very modest growth. Thirty two months of continuous positive job growth, albeit very modest growth, is still a positive.  Romney's blather about how he will heal our economy, and "reach across the isle", is nothing but political fluff. If you believe that, I am fairly certain that you leave a plate of carrots out for the Easter Bunny, and cookies for Sana Claus.
For myself, I am employed by a certified Caterpillar supplier, and with 90% of Cat sales currently overseas, Cat sales are definitely in the tank!  I am down to working 4 day weeks, with shutdowns over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the likelihood of continued reduced work weeks and or shutdowns in January.
Hang on folks, "it's going to be a bumpy ride".
