The United States of America's House of Representatives completed their sworn oath to defend the Constitution during December 2019. After a raucous and highly vitriolic series of hearings and testimonies, the House, on December 18, 2019, articles of impeachment were confirmed and passed along party lines, making tRump only the 3rd president to have been impeached. (Two previous presidents, Andrew Johnson, and Bill Clinton were also impeached. Nixon resigned rather than be impeached.)
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is and has been one of the shrewdest politicians in American history. She handled this impeachment in style. While all the republican committee members hollered and cried about the process, (never bringing forth any evidence refuting the charges), Nancy calmly went about defending our Constitution!
She literally ate tRump's lunch! And he whines like the spoiled brat that he is!!
And to top it off, she informed Senate majority leader 'Moscow' Mitch McConnell that the articles of impeachment would not be forwarded to the Senate until after the Christmas break.
HO HO HO!! There's your Christmas present Donny boy! Suck on that for Christmas!
