My wife and I just returned from a two week vacation, something we have not done in quite some time. Having two weeks off from work is really good..... and really bad! The last day of vacation is often spent dreading going back to the salt mine the next day, and with good reason.
Walking in to over 700 emails and a pile of "catching-up" to do is definitely not conducive to a stress free demeanor.
But, life goes on, and all of us poor working slobs still have bills to pay, and homes to maintain!
I'm thankful I have a job. Many around us do not!
