Tomorrow is September 6tn, 2010. LABOR DAY, a celebration of the working middle class. Traditional end of the American summer, and back to reality. Kids in school, be it elementary, middle, highschool, or college. The last days of summer. One more opportunity to chill, be laid back, veg-out!
We're really lucky this year. (a) it's not raining (b) humidity is not present, like 45degree dew point (c) both our sons will be here on Monday, Yaay!!
Tomorrow we'll fire up the grill and cook steaks (poterhouse), cowboy style. Lay them suckers right on top of the coals. Then stir fry, on the grill, peppers, poblano, red, and yellow, with challots!
Plenty of cold beer to wash it down....SWEEEEEEET!!!!
