The Iowa Caucus countdown is going into the final turn, and will be headed down the backstretch in very short order.
The debates are getting much livelier, especially for the Republicans. If you were able to watch the YOUTUBE DEBATE, Wednesday evening 11/28/07, you know what I mean.
There was not much substance to the show, but it was fun to watch.
Anderson Cooper should have had some boxing gloves on hand. Mitt Romney and Rudolph
Giuliani could have continued a few more rounds of the illegal immigration bout.
It was also very interesting watching John McCain waxing eloquent, with his comments regarding torture, and 'water boarding', then going completely round the bend with his foolish and completely out of line remarks regarding the Vietnam war, made to candidate Ron Paul, with whom he was sparring with over the Iraq debacle.
Even Fred Thompson got into the fracas, when he presented his own YOUTUBE video. It was old video clips of both Mitt and Rudolph on camera voicing very different views on major issues, than what they hold now (can you say flip flop?)
But, surprisingly (for me), the most interesting of the candidates was Mike Huckabee, the former Governor of Arkansas. His answers were direct and to the point. He was the only one, as far as I'm concerned who actually answered the questions he was asked.....stay tuned, it's gonna get better.
