Ya know, at the ripe old age of 60, I can say I've had my share of incidents where I have inserted my foot into my mouth, and ended up choking on it. However, never was it to the extent that it was jammed in all they way up to the knee. We've just witnessed suicide by "foot in mouth disease". General David McChrystal really sucked it up when he and his personal cadre of officers made snide and disparaging remarks towards senior officials of the Obama administration, including VP Joe Biden.
Way to go Davie! His demise was so swift and final, it makes one wonder if it wasn't intentional? A way to get out of the whole mess? Who knows.
I know one thing for sure. That is the Prez had no choice in what he had to do. One can't very well have a commanding General trying to lead the troops, and at the same time be calling the VP a dick-head!
